Sounder Sleep System Teacher since June 2021. My first experience with the Sounder Sleep System was already during my Feldenkrais Teacher Training in Amsterdam 2005-2008. We where shown the mini-move "the twist of the wrists" and I loved it right away and used it now and then over the years. Many years later, in October 2020, I took part in a 3-dag webinar and after that I deceided to take the training to become a Teacher. I incorporate ideas from the Sounder Sleep System in my work as a Physical Therapist when appropriate but mainly teach the system in workshops in the south of Sweden.
