Trained as a Phyisiotherapist I recognised the boundries of this approach to issues around the body. That's why I continued to learn and finished a Feldenkrais Training back in 1994. Ever since this is what I do for myself and what I offer to clients, that come and search for help. In the early 2000s I nearly slid into a burnout but could prevent a serious condition when I met Michael Krugman and learned to balance my work and life. I am absolutely convinced that these simple but effectful techniques could help this accelerated and stressed world: every individual person can find restful moments, recover easily and be of more contribution to the whole system of this wonderful world.
